Ordering
What are you ordering minimums?
We believe that seeing our products makes a huge difference. Being able to touch, test, and more importantly with our catnip blend sniff the products, really expresses how our items stand out.
Therefore, we set our first order minimum at 1 item. We ask that your reorder minimum is at least $35 dollars. Free domestic shipping is availble to orders over $150.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 buisness days for your order to be processed and filled. During the holiday season, October through December, this lead time may increase to 7 business days.
This lead time does not include shipping time. Please note that some carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons and inclement weather.
Do you sell consignment?
Possibly! Use our Contact Us page to see if we are taking on new consignment shops. At this time, we limit the number of consignment opportunities, and more regularly work with those looking to wholesale our products.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, please use the Contact Us form to reach out about ordering samples of our various products lines.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free economy shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship via USPS and UPS from Portland, OR. Carrier lead times displayed at check out do not include processing / fullfillment lead times. Most carriers take 3-6 days to arrive once shipped. Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship using the least expensive carrier option.
* Please note that we do not have additional information about packages once they are in transit and we do not have any control over when your packages will arrive once it leaves our studio.
Damages / Claims
We do our best to package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a damaged item claim, we must receive photos of damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in, and your order number so we can quickly work to replace it.

Our Kicker Toys
By far our bestsellers are our catnip with valerian root kicker toys. They are made from a cotton fabric attached to a fusible interfacing, making them durable to cat bites and kicks.
Our Catnip & Valerian Root Blend
Organic and non-GMO, our blend is grown locally in Washington State. We blend in valerian root, because a third of cats, mostly females, do not respond to catnip alone. The addition of valerian root elicits a similar playful response, but is more widely enjoyed by picky kitties.
Our Snap-On Bandanas
Each of our bandanas come with 3 durable metal snaps on each size. Allowing for the sizing to increase and decrease by two inches. Making it a comfortable fit everytime.
How do I know what sized bandanas to order?
It really depends on your clientel that shop with you. We tend to suggest starting with Small through Large, it is the sizes we sell the most of DTC. If you are a more urban shop, then you might have smaller dogs, than if you have a suburban shop.
If you are a cat focused business we suggest stocking X-Small and Small sizes. Your average cat will wear an X-Small, while those that are fluffy or bigger will more often fit a Small. The 3 snaps make it easy to adjust the size for kitties to make it the most comfortable. Afterall, we started our company to make comfortable and well fit bandanas for our rescue cat, Ember.
