We want you and your shop to be happy with your Luminous Pets product. We take pride in the quality of our handmade work. If something does not meet your expectations please reach out to me directly. I would appreciate the opportunity to remedy the situation.

To initiate a return, please email contact@theluminouspets.com and include your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 48 hours.

Return Policy:

- Returns accepted for 30 days

- Customer will be provided a free return shipping label

- Refunds will be processed within 5 business day of receipt of returned merchandise

- No restocking fee

- All sales are considered final for the following: Last Chance / Sale Items and Gift Cards
